Seamless Liquid Applied Membranes

ALT systems are flexible and seamless monolithic waterproofing solutions that substantially outlast and outperform traditional waterproofing materials.  In addition, ALT membranes conform and bond directly to the substrate, eliminating the need for caulked terminations and pitch boxes, thereby providing a virtually maintenance free system.  ALT membrane may be installed with minimal disruption and less risk than many conventional systems, offering a diverse range of solutions suitable for most traffic waterproofing and surfacing needs.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Used where long-term cost effective protection is required.  ALT systems eliminate the risks associated with adhesive, torches, and hot-applied systems while providing ease of application for access restricted and difficult waterproofing conditions.  The membranes are also less prone to accidental damage by other trades during construction.

RENOVATION & REFURBISHMENT

ALT systems are ideal for refurbishing existing systems where persistent leaking and waterproofing problems have been encountered.  In certain cases they may be used as recovery systems, eliminating the cost and disruption associated with removal of the existing waterproofing.

REPAIRS

ALT membranes and flashing systems are ideal for repairing existing waterproofing where problems will typically occur: Traffic joints, flashing and penetrations or where different materials interface.
